US domestic shipping
We offer a flat fee of $10 Shipping on all orders to anywhere within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Packages will be shipped via USPS Mail unless a different shipping method is selected.
Orders placed on M-F after 12 P.M. EST please add additional day and orders on weekends will ship on Monday.
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
After your order is processed and ready to ship our standard transit times for flat rate shipping methods is 3-6 business days.

International shipping: Zac & Ally currently does not offer international shipping.
Notice of Liability:Zac & Ally is not liable for any delays in shipping, damaged packaging, or lost packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Returns/Exchanges
You are our priority and we want to make sure you Love all your items. If there is something you are not happy with please let us know by reaching out to one of our team members.
Exchanges or refunds can be made on regular priced items within 30 days of purchase date. Refunds will be to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase date only if said merchandise is returned in its original packaging with all original tags attached. Please also include a copy of the original invoice/receipt with your return package. For more detailed return instructions, contact our customer service at customercare@zacandally.com.
Return Packaging: Zac & Ally is not responsible for returned merchandise in transit. We highly recommend you purchase insurance and tracking when returning any packages.
Return Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will review returned item and if eligibility for your refund. We will credit back your original form of payment minus a a $10 shipping fee from your original order is shipping was under our free shipping promotion. Credit will be processed within 20 business days from your return shipment date. You will receive a confirmation from us as soon as your refund is processed. Note that credit card refunds may take up to an additional 10 days to post to your account from your bank after the refund is processed.
Repairs
Damaged or Defective Items: If your merchandise arrived damaged or defective, please let us know as soon as you receive it so we can make it right for you. Please send us a photo of the damaged item, your order number/proof of receipt, full shipping address and email within 5 days of receiving the items to customercare@zacandally.com. and a member of our Customer Care Team will assist you with your exchange.
